Not only does it help prevent sunburn, it also helps avoid skin cancer and premature aging. How often do you use sunscreen? Including reapplications.
Everyday no fail! I’ll reapply every 3 hours when I’ll be outdoors. When indoors, my reapplication depends if I’ll be near a window with sunlight coming in, and/or if I’ll be sweating.
How much sunscreen do you apply?
Depending on the sunscreen, two to three fingers worth. For sunscreens, I always think a bit much is better than too little!
What are your go-to skincare products?
Salicylic Acid Cleanser, Retinoids, and a 2-in-1 Moisturizing Sunscreen (one of my faves is Glowscreen by Glow!)
What are your GlowTips for other glow-getters for those indoors or outdoors?
No matter what your skin goals are and what you’re doing to achieve it, be it acne treatment, skin brightening, or other goals, it really won’t be as effective if you’re not diligent without proper sun protection. So make sure to always incorporate it into your routine!
